Mediaplayer

Overview

• Access: Editor & Reader
• Editor: Edit metadata, correct transcripts, and fix translations.
• Reader: View media and jump to specific timestamps by clicking transcript text.

On the mediaplayer page users Readers can compare translations and transcripts with the playing media. Media and Text are aligned. Transcripts are highlighted that match the currently playing media in time.

Searchterms

When the mediaplayer is reached via a searchterm, the searchterm will be be highlighted in the transcripts. The Searchterm can also be changed on the mediaplayer page.

Edit Metadata

The Editor user can edit the Speaker and Debate Metadata. They can also correct the transcripts.
